About the payment

Please pay by credit card (via PayPal) .

We do not accept cash on delivery.

Payment by credit card

Credit cards below are accepted. We can only accept lump-sum payments.

Payment will be deducted from the designated account in accordance with the credit card membership terms and conditions.
Please note that we may refuse the order if the purchaser's name is different from the cardholders name.

On payment by Discover card, the amount of U.S. dollars converted by PayPal will be paid.

Shipment of the product

Currently, we do not make international shipments.

Shipping within Japan

Shipping charge

Shipping charge is at a flat rate of 1,000JPY.

We cannot accept requests for shipment with other goods since our products are valuable items.

Delivery date

On payment by credit card

The product will be shipped within 7days (Not including public holidays, New Year holidays and company holidays) after your payment is confirmed.

Please note that when the product is out of stock delivery may take more than 7days.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange

Cancellation before delivery

Please phone the number below to cancel orders before delivery.

If the shipment is already in the process, we can not stop the delivery of the product.
In that case, please tell the delivery person that you have canceled the order, and refuse to receive the item.

If the product was damaged before or during transit

If there is damage to the product before or during transit, we will exchange it at our cost. Please contact us from below.

Exchanges or returns by customers personal preferences

We can only accept requests for returns or exchanges basically within 7days after delivery.
Please send the product by door-to-door delivery service or parcel post (registered mail) with necessary documents. Please do not send the product in a sealed letter as it may cause damage.

It should be noted that, we can not accept requests for returns in the following cases:

• When 7days has passed after deliverly.
• When the customer has already used the product.

Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of returning purchased items to our company.
Please note that we can not accept returns when the product is used or incised.

Refund of the product price

On payment by credit card

When returning purchased items, the price will be refunded via the credit company.
Please note that the product price may be deducted first and then refunded via the credit company in terms of the payment date of the credit card company.
